紫外胶水应力问题,谁能解决??:我公司在生产光学仪器过程中,需对光学镜片精确定位,然后用UV胶水进行固定。然而在UV胶水的固化过程中,(胶水变硬,有应力)对镜片有拉动,不知各位朋友有什么好的解决办法吗?或者有什么好的光学胶水推荐~~非常感谢各位的帮忙~~</P>

>一般光學元件用UV膠應該用軟性膠水(避免元件RMS破壞),而對於膠水內應力問題是無法避免的,可以試驗點膠位置,膠量大小(當然要滿足你的裝配力度),UV照射時間,照射距離都必須考慮,找出變異最小的結果.</P><

降低UV强度,延长固化时间可一定程度降低应力,但关键还是选用合适的UV胶.我在云南光电辅料公司专职从事UV胶的开发近八年,也做了几个UV胶,但应力还是有些大,只能满足一般光学元件的粘合.现正在开发的低应力胶,做的不太成功,如有兴趣可提供样本试用.据我所知,国内生产的UV胶应力都不小,一般应力要求严的都用Norland公司的NOA61胶.我的联系方式如下:

我们公司最近也遇到相似的问题,是用在玻璃棱镜和金属座之间精确定位及连接。现有的胶水要么应力太大,要么强度不够。
我查阅了美军标MIL-PRF-13830B,附录D“玻璃与金属粘合用环氧橡胶粘合化合物”似乎很适用于我们的情况。但我发现其中并没有关于收缩率的规定。如果哪位知道此类胶水中收缩率小的胶水的具体牌号请告知,非常感谢!
另外我发现标准中也提到了“固化压力”,应该就是有人提到过的“打压”吧?具体应该怎么操作呢?我是外行,请大家多指教

建议从点胶量方面考虑如何降低应力。

<p>我觉得可以从两方面考虑</p><p>1)选择合适的UV胶;虽然都称UV胶,但是其单体和光引发机理有多种,收缩率的差别也很大</p><p>2)采用合适的固化工艺;例如可以采用分级固化,也就是把一次性的固化过程分解成UV强度不同,固化时间不同的多个阶段;中间进行检测调整。</p>

不能用NOA61,该胶水硬化后强度很好,能够耐高低温,但就是容易干化,不利于应力控制。
降低UV照度并延长UV烘烤时间来减少应力。
除了寻找其他UV胶或参数外,建议其他思考方向:
1. 可考虑改用热烘烤胶来固定。
2. 固化前以辅助治具来避免镜片位移。
3. 机构件设计定位机制甚至以紧配合来避免镜片位移。

请问,我用NOA61烘完后,发现膜表面有些波浪纹,我想是不是干化的原因。比如时间过长或者温度过高。我是固化后在烘箱中100°烘烤12个小时!
