摘 要:高真空卷绕镀膜机在工作的过程中,采用晶闸管相控交流调压方式调节蒸发舟两端的电压来控制蒸发源的温度,产生的谐波直接注入电网,对电网造成严重污染。设计了以TMS320F2812型DSP为核心的有源电力滤波器对该机产生的谐波进行补偿。通过建立仿真模型,对系统进行了仿真。电路正常运行后对性能、参数进行了测试,测试结果与仿真结果一致,表明硬件电路、软件程序设计正确,具有调节速度快、补偿效果好等优点。
The evaporation source temperature is controlled by regulating the terminal voltage of evaporation source in the process of high vacuum winding coating machine in the method of thyristor phased-controlled voltage adjustment,and the harmonics thus generated will join the power grid directly,thus causing serious pollution to the grid.An active power filter based on TMS320F2812 DSP is designed to compensate for the harmonics produced by the equipment.A simulation model is set up to simulate the system.Performance and parameters are tested when the circuit runs properly.The testing results are the same as the simulation ones and indicate that the design of hardware and software are both correct.The filter has the advantages of quick adjustment speed and excellent compensation effect.
