摘 要:固体激光器中热效应引起的波前畸变影响了高光束质量,高功率的激光输出,限制了它在当代工业加工和科学研究领域的应用发展。以激光波前畸变的产生机理和液体冷却大面泵浦板条激光器的优势为切入点,利用哈特曼-夏克波前探测器进行一系列的波前畸变测试,通过对静态波前畸变量和动态波前畸变量等结果进行数据分析,对影响结果的因素进行分析,并提出改进意见,以期望进一步减少液体冷却大面泵浦板条激光器的热效应。
The dynamic thermal distortion caused by the thermal effect in solid state laser affects high power laser' s output and beam quality,which restricts its potential applications in modern industrial processing and scientific research. Taking the production mechanism of laser wave front distortion and advantages of the liquid cooled side-pumped slab as a starting point,the wave front distortion caused by thermal effect in the liquid cooled side- pumped slab was measured by Hartmann- Shack wave front detector. Through the analysis of the measurement results of wave front distortion,the improved method is proposed,which reduces the thermal effect of the liquid cooled side- pumped slab laser.
