摘 要:综述了量子点敏化太阳能电池的结构、工作原理和量子点敏化剂的沉积方式、对电极的制备及性能、量子点敏化剂的改性以及半导体薄膜的制备方法,最后结合现存问题提出了今后的研究方向,
The deposition mode quantum dots sensitized solar cell structure, working principle and quantum dot sensitizing agents,preparation and performance of the electrode, modification and preparation of quantum dot semiconductor film sensitizer, were reviewed. Finally combined existing problems, the future research directions was put forward.
