摘 要:针对固定式太阳能集热器热性能测控系统气候资源利用效率低的问题,提出一种流动式太阳能集热器热性能测控系统。该流动式测控系统采用PID算法控制系统温度及流量,且系统温度和流量分别能快速地稳定在±0.1℃和±1%内。该系统的瞬时效率指标扩展不确定度小于4.8%,系统机动灵活,能充分利用各地的气候条件,增加试验天数。
A movable system is proposed to solve the problem that test system for thermal performance of fixed solar collector has low climatic resources utilization efficiency. PID algorithm is used in the system to control temperature and water flow. The temperature and flow can be controlled lastly and stably in ±0. 1℃ and ± 1%. The expanded uncertainty of the system instantaneous efficiency index is less than 4.8%. The system is movable and can make full use of climate resources of different geographical areas, improve test efficiency and increase the experiment days.
