摘 要:为了监测桁架结构的起重机臂架旁弯程度,提出了一种基于计算机视觉技术的起重臂架横向偏移量的测量方法,该方法先识别跟踪图像中的红外激光点,然后根据红外激光点位置的变化计算臂架横向偏移量,通过臂架横向偏移量来反映臂架旁弯的程度。实验结果表明,提出的测量方法切实可行,能够实时准确显示,可为大型起重机安全监测系统提供参考数据。
To monitor the crane boom bending degree of the truss structure,the paper puts forward a surveying method for lateral offset of the crane boom based on the computer vision technology,which is used to identify the infrared laser points in the tracking image,calculate the lateral offset of the boom based on position changes of infrared laser points,and reflect the degree of the boom bending based on the lateral offset. The test result shows that the surveying method is feasible and able to realize real-time correct display,providing reference data for safety monitoring system of the large-scale crane.
